What I Do ....

Although this blog is mainly about personal life in the UAE, I do have work here that supports the fun times. Mainly I am running a consulting enterprise (small) that does project management and business development. This covers the range from SAP implementations to the development and launch of an Offshore Registry (like Cayman and Isle of Mann).

The Offshore Registry we launched in September is getting a lot of attention, and SLS is now a legal consultant working with that "product".

We regularly have country delegations arrive to meet with our Free Zone and our Chairman, H. H. Crown Prince Sheikh Faisal bin Saqr al Qasimi. Most recently we received the Prime Minister of the Isle of Mann and his team to discuss collaborations between them and Ras Al Khaimah.

After the meeting there was the exchange of gifts,

and of course the photos.

Are you in any of the photos? Who is the guy in the suit, glasses sporting facial hair? Not my bro?!
Then, I haven't seen you in a suit for years.

We are impressed with your clientele. You have the best of both worlds - good clients and good fun. This is surely a 'fun in the sun' life.
